The program includes the following:
- The Habit coaching is about progressively building fundamental, healthy habits that will help you get in better shape and sustain
- Nutrition doesn’t have to be overly complicated in order to get leaner and healthier.
- We will work on progressively improving your nutrition so you can feel confident that you are in control and not feeling completely restricted.
- Every 4-weeks I will design a new Strength Training and Cardio Program based on your current fitness level.
- We will track certain metrics so we can monitor your progress.
Weekly Accountability Calls
- Every week we will have a 20-30 minute coaching calls so we can go over any issues that may have come up during that week and also quickly touch upon what we want to work on the following week.
Access to my App
- All of the workout programs (which includes all of the exercise videos and descriptions); additional coaching documents including a Nutrition Essentials Handbook as well as client educational videos pertaining to your program will be delivered via my App.
Access to my Membership Area on my Website
- Inside my Member’s area, you will find additional resources such as specially designed calculators for Determining Your Caloric Needs, Determining Your Max Heart Rate & Heart Rate Training Zones, a Recovery Calculator, etc.; Frequently Asked Questions videos as well as Healthy Video Recipes (and PDFs).

I offer two different versions of this Program:
- Option 1: Includes two training sessions per week plus all of the above.
- Option 2: Includes one training session per week plus all of the above.
