Once you know the number of calories you need, you can enter that number into the Daily Calories section. From there, you can either use the slide feature to select your own percentages which will help determine the targeted number of grams for each macronutrient (i.e., Carbohydrates, Protein and Fats) or you can use one of the three presets (i.e., Foundational Fat Loss, Performance Fat Loss and Peak Fat Loss). Below, you can find the breakdown for the three presets:
- Foundational Fat Loss = 40% Carbs, 30% Protein and 30% Fat
- Performance Fat Loss = 34% Carbs, 33% Protein and 33% Fat
- Peak Fat Loss = 20% Carbs, 30% Protein and 50% Fat
